Olive oil has a wonderful taste but it is amongst the strong tasting oils. <br /><br />Sunflower, instead, is a mild tasting oil. Corn, safflower, rapeseed, canola and peanut oils are often suggested as substitutes.<br /><br />As for macadamia oil, I am not very familiar with it.
