Tuna Mousse

This is an easy peasy tuna-ricotta spread.
Here are the ingredients and procedure:

Ingredients:

250g canned tuna, oil-drained (drained=250g)
4 anchovies
300g ricotta


Preparation:

  • Grind tuna and anchovies for 10 seconds on Speed 5. Scrape down the sides of TM Bowl.

  • Add ricotta and mix for 30 seconds on Speed 5.

  • You can serve with toasted bread, crackers and/or bread sticks.
