Zucchini and Tuna Sauce


For 320g pasta (4 servings)
50g onion, quartered
250g zucchini, roughly chopped
30g extra virgin olive oil
1 can of tuna, drained (1 can = 160g gross, drained amount is approx 100-110g)
85g cream
20g milk
Optional: Grated parmesan

  • Place onion and zucchini in TM Bowl. Chop for 4 seconds on Speed 4
  • Add oil and salt. Cook for 10 minutes at 100ºC on Speed 1
  • Add drained tuna fish, cream and milk. Mix for 1 minute on Speed 2
  • Mix the sauce with boiled-drained pasta. Serve into plates
  • You can sprinkle with some parmesan

I used light tuna (canned in water, drained), light cream and 80g of pasta per person.
