PER ITALIANO
For 500gr spaghetti (serves for 6)
15g parsley leaves
50g walnuts
50g extra virgin olive oil
2 cloves of garlic
100g pitted olives
50g capers
30g pine seeds
30g raisins
700g canned diced tomatoes
Salt
- Chop parsley for 5 seconds on Speed 7 and set aside
- Chop walnuts for 10 seconds on Speed 3-4 and set aside
- No need to wash TM Bowl. Place oil, garlic, olives, capers, pine seeds and raisins in TM Bowl, cook for 3 minutes at 100ºC on Reverse / Speed 1
- Add tomatoes, chopped parsley and salt. Cook for 20 minutes at 100ºC on Reverse / Speed 1 (If you'd like a denser sauce in the last 10 minutes cook at Varoma Temperature on Reverse / Speed 1 with MC ON!)
- Add walnuts into sauce and mix with boiled-drained spaghetti in a pan on stove for 1-2 minutes
- Serve into plates
- You can sprinkle with grated parmesan
