One of the things I like to prepare with my TM31 is mashed potatoes.
Here is the recipe to make creamy and delicious mashed potatoes.
Ingredients:
1000g potatoes
Salt
350g whole milk
30g butter
30g parmesan
Preparation:
- Grate parmesan for 10 seconds on Speed 9. Set aside.
- Cut potatoes into thin slices.
- Insert Butterfly. Place potatoes in TM Bowl.
- Add milk and salt. Cook for 25 minutes at 100°C on Speed 1.
- Add butter and grated parmesan. Mix for 30 seconds on Speed 3.
