Cornmeal-Coated Fried Chicken Balls



It wouldn’t be wrong if I said that I don’t make anything fried almost at all. Not because I don’t like fried stuff, I do! It is just that I try to avoid the most possible to have healthy food

This is of the unavoidable ones :)  My mother in love made it on my birthday, I just pictured it
It is very easy to prepare. Practically you use the same recipe for Chicken Meatballs with Corn Flakes
The only difference is you should coat them with finely milled cornmeal (maize flour – polenta) instead of cornflakes and then you simply fry them. They are absolutely delicious!
