Five Seed Bread


500g water
30g honey
15g fresh yeast
500g bread flour
30g extra virgin olive oil
50g oats
30g sunflower seeds
30g pumpkin seeds
30g linseeds
30g poppy seeds
30g sesame seeds
10g salt

Some extra seeds to sprinkle on the top

  • Put water and honey in TM Bowl. Warm for 1.5 minute at 37ºC on Speed 2
  • Add yeast and mix for 10 seconds on Speed 3
  • Sift in flour. Add oil, oats, all the seeds and salt. Knead for 3 minutes
  • Cover baking tin with baking paper. Pour down the dough. Sprinkle with extra seeds. Let is rise for 45 minutes (I used a 24cm diameter cake tin)
  • Bake in preheated oven at 200ºC for 40-45 minutes
  • Let it cool down before you slice it
