It is recommended to use old potatoes for this recipe
180g milk
15g fresh yeast
440g bread flour
110g boiled potatoes (peeled, cooled, chopped)
25g butter (chopped)
5g salt
Note: I steamed the potatoes. I put 600g water in TM Bowl and inserted the Steaming Basket with chopped potatoes. I steamed for 20 minutes at Varoma Temperature on Speed 1
- Warm milk for 1 minute at 37ºC on Speed 1
- Add yeast and mic for 4 seconds on Speed 4
- Sift in flour. Add potatoes, butter and salt. Knead for 4 minutes
- Transfer it into a deep bowl. Cover with plastic film and let it rise for 1 hour
- Divide it into 9 pieces. (each is around 85g)
- Roll them into a ball shape and place them into baking paper covered tray
- Flatten them a bit by pressing with your palm
- Cover with a tea towel and let them rise for 30 minutes
- Bake them in preheated oven at 220ºC for 15-20 minutes
- Let them cool on the wire racks
