I'd like to give you a royal icing recipe which could be easily prepared with very simple ingredients that could be almost always found at home.
The recipe is from the Italian Thermomix Book "Io e il mio Bimby"
1 egg white (of a 60g sized egg)
20g fresh lemon juice
- Powderize sugar for 40 seconds on Speed 10.
- Add egg white and lemon juice. Mix for 20 seconds on Speed 6.
Yes, that's all!
