Thermomix Tarif Defterim is now 2 years old !!
I always wanted to prepare this delightful liqueur.
Some time back I had seen the Whiskey Cream recipe in the Thermomix book, wanted to try first, however changed idea because of whiskey as ingredient. See, we don't drink whiskey much and I thought it wouldn't be quite reasonable for me to pay so much to get one bottle but use only 50g of it.
Fortunately this was exceeded a couple of weeks ago when we were given one nice bottle of whiskey as a gift :) This way I was able to add also this recipe in the list while searching for recipes for blog's birthday.
Ingredients:
50g dark chocolate (90% cacao)
300g sugar
3 egg yolks
500g fresh whole milk
1 tsp of vanilla or 1 bag of vanillin sugar
125g alcohol (95º)
50g whiskey
Preparation:
- Grate chocolate for 10 seconds on Speed 8.
- Add sugar, egg yolks and milk. Cook for 8 minutes at 90ºC on Speed 4. Let it cool in TM Bowl.
- Add vanilla, alcohol and whiskey into the mixture. Mix for 30 seconds on Speed 4.
- Transfer into an airtight glass bottle, let it cool in the fridge.
- Store in the fridge.

Note: You can use it also to drizzle your ice cream with or add into your espresso.
