Nutella

PER ITALIANO "Nutella"
 

Ingredients: 
120g toasted hazelnuts
120g sugar
100g bitter chocolate, broken into pieces
100g milk chocolate, broken into pieces
100g white chocolate, broken into pieces
100g whole milk
80g sunflower oil
1 tbsp Brandy

Preparation:
  • Put hazelnuts and sugar in TM Bowl. Polverize for 30 seconds on Speed 7
  • Add all the kinds of chocolate in TM Bowl. Grind for 40 seconds on Speed 7
  • Add milk, oil and brandy. Cook for 7 minutes at 50°C on Speed 5
  • Put it in a jar, close the lid. Store it in the fridge

Enjoy!
