Ricotta dessert
4 gelatin leaves
120g sugar
450g ricotta
150g milk
Juice of ½ orange
Chocolate sauce:
75g bitter chocolate
50g whole milk
10g butter or margarine
3g vanillin sugar

- Soak gelatin leaves into water
- Prepare chocolate sauce: Put all sauce ingredients and cook for 5 minutes at 50ºC on Speed 4 and set aside
- Place sugar in the washed and dried TM bowl. 20 seconds / Speed 10
- Add ricotta, milk and 4 tbsp of chocolate sauce. Blend for 40 seconds on Speed 4
- Squeeze out the water off the gelatin leaves and put them in a small pan. Add orange juice and melt them at low heat on stove
- Start TM on Speed 4 and pour down gelatin-orange juice through the hole of TM lid. Continue to mix for 40 seconds
- Wet 6 small bowl/tins with water. (I used aluminum foil ones) Put ricotta desert into tins. Let it cool down at the fridge for 3 hours at least
- Turn the tins upside down onto serving plate. Dress with chocolate sauce
