Apple Tart

600g apple
Juice and peel of 1 lemon
200g sugar
50g toasted hazelnuts
3 eggs
120g yogurt
70g margarine
200g flour
A pinch of salt
1 pack of baking powder
  • Peel apples and slice them nicely. Put them in a bowl, add lemon juice, mix and let them rest
  • Grease a 26-28cm diameter tart tin and sprinkle with a little flour (Or just cover it with wax paper)
  • Put lemon peel (without the white), sugar and hazelnuts in TM bowl. Proceed for 10 seconds on Speed 7
  • Add eggs, yogurt and margarine.
  • Sift in flour.
  • Add salt and baking powder. Mix for 30 seconds on Speed 5
  • Pour down the half of the mixture into tart tin. Place half of the apple slices
  • Pour down the remaining half of the mixture. Place the rest of the apple slices
  • Bake in preheated oven at 180°C for 35-40 minutes
