Zucchini Cream Sauce

It's a very easy and practical pasta sauce. It is much tastier than it sounds :)

350g zucchini (chopped into chunks)
120g milk
30g EVO
40g grated parmesan
1 clove of garlic
Salt
  • Put EVO and garlic in the TM bowl and warm for 2 minutes at 100°C on Speed 5
  • Add zucchini. Cook for 10 minutes at 100°C on Reverse/Soft Speed
  • Add milk. Cook for 10 minutes at 100°C on Soft Speed
  • Add some salt and grated parmesan. Blend it for 20 seconds on Speed 8
  • Mix it with pasta and serve into the plates
  • Sprinkle with some parmesan if you wish
