Today I would like to share with you one of my favorite soup recipes.
Ingredients:
600g fennel, chopped into pieces
200g milk
350g water
30g butter
30g cornstarch
Salt
Nutmeg
Black pepper
Fennel leaves to decorate
- Put fennel in TM Bowl and chop for 10 - 15 seconds on Speed 4-5.
- Add milk and water. Cook for 20 minutes at 90°C on Speed 1.
- Add butter, nutmeg, salt, pepper and cornstarch. Cook for 7 minutes at 100°C on Speed 3-4.
- Blend for 2 minutes on Speed 9.
- Serve into the plates and decorate with some fennel leaves, sprinkle with black pepper if you like.
