Gianduia - Chocolate and Hazelnut Spread

This recipe is from Io e il mio Bimby which is the Thermomix guide and recipe book in Italy. 
The taste of Gianduia spread is very similar to Nutella so it could be used for similar purposes.

Ingredients (for 1 jar) :
100g sugar
60g toasted hazelnuts
100g dark chocolate, broken into pieces
100g whole milk
70g butter, cut into pieces

  • Place sugar and hazelnuts in TM Bowl. Polverize for 20 seconds on Speed 10.
  • Add chocolate and grind for 20 seconds on Speed 8.
  • Add milk and butter. Cook for 6 minutes at 50°Con Speed 3.
  • Transfer immediately into a jar, close the lid. Store in the fridge.

Note: It will thicken in the fridge.
