25g TM veggie stock
15-20 basil leaves

- Cut parmesan into chunks and then grate it for 15 seconds speeding up from 2 to 9
- Add minced meat, bread crumbs, eggs and salt. Mix for 1 minute on Speed 4 and then 1 minute for Speed 5
- Prepare your meat loaf in a rectangle form. Put it in Varoma bowl and cover with basil leaves
- Cut onion, carrots and potatoes into chunks and put in TM bowl. Add green peas and veggie stock, cook for 5 minutes at 100°C on Speed 1
- Add water. Place Varoma bowl and close Varoma Lid. Cook for 40 minutes at Varoma Temperature on Speed 1
- When cooked, get the basil leaves and add them into the sauce in TM bowl. Blend it for 30 seconds on Speed 8-10.
- Cut the meat loaf into slices (I’ve got 20 slices)
- Place them in oven tray which is previously covered with wax paper
- Place cheese slices over. Grill them in the oven until cheese starts to melt
- Put them into serving plates, pour some sauce over and serve
