- Chop parsley leaves for 7 seconds on Speed 7. Set aside
- Chop onion for 5 seconds on Speed 7
- Add olive oil and cook for 3 minutes at 100°C on Reverse/Soft Speed
- Cut turkey breast into chunks.
- Put some flour in a bowl, add also turkey breast pieces inside and coat with flour lightly
- Add flour-coated turkey pieces in TM bowl. Add also wine, salt and black pepper. Cook for 10 minutes at Varoma Temperature on Reverse/Soft Speed
- In the meantime chop mushrooms into slices. Add mushrooms together with milk in the TM bowl and cook for 15 minutes at Varoma Temperature on Reverse/Soft Speed
- Put it into serving plates and sprinkle with some parsley

I modified the original recipe by using fresh mushrooms instead of canned ones and adjusted cooking times accordingly.
