Ingredients:
3-4 cloves of garlic
35gr extra virgin olive oil
400gr canned diced tomatoes
A pinch of sugar (very little)
Salt (If you are using Thermomix stock you might not need)
10 basil leaves
Grated parmesan
Preparation:
- Put cloves of garlic and oil in TM Bowl and saute for 3 minutes at 100ºC on Speed 2.
- Add diced tomatoes, TM stock and a pinch of sugar. Cook for 15 minutes at 100ºC on Speed 1, with inclined MC.
- Add hand-chopped basil leaved and cook for 1 minute at 100ºC on Speed 1
- Mix your sauce with pasta and serve.
- Sprinkle with some grated parmesan

Note: You can prepare this sauce with fresh tomatoes or cherry tomatoes as well.
