Potato Salad with Green Peas



600g water
500g potatoes
150g green peas (I used frozen ones)
8-10 pickled gherkins
Green salad (any kind you like)
Salt

For dressing:
15g balsamic vinegar
45g extra-virgin olive oil
1 tsp honey

  • Put water in the TM bowl
  • Cut potatoes into chunks. Put them in Varoma bowl and Varoma tray. Sprinkle with some salt
  • Cook for 15 minutes at Varoma Temperature on Speed 1
  • Add green peas in both Varoma bowl and Varoma tray
  • Cook for another 15 minutes at Varoma Temperature on Speed 1
  • Put veggies in the serving bowl.
  • Cut green salad and gherkins. Add them to your salad
  • Wash TM bowl with water  (just to cool it down before we prepare the salad dressing)
  • Put balsamic vinegar, oil and honey. Mix for 10 seconds on Speed 4. Pour over the salad and mix.
    You can serve it warm or cold
