It is absolutely delicious!
Ingredients:
500g water
500g water
20g Thermomix vegetable stock concentrate
500g potatoes
500g chicken breast
Thyme
500g mixed veggies
150g cream cheese like Philadelphia
40g corn starch
Salt
Preparation:
- Put water and TM stock in TM Bowl
- Insert steaming basket. Cut potatoes into small pieces and put them in steaming basket. Sprinkle with a little salt
- Place chopped cicken into Varoma Bowl. Season with thyme
- Place chopped veggies into Varoma Tray.
- Set aside Varoma Bowl and Tray.
- Start cooking potatoes first. Steam potatoes for 10 minutes at Varoma Temperature on Speed 4 with MC (measuring cup) ON.
- Remove MC and place Varoma Bowl and Varoma Tray on TM Bowl. Close Varoma Lid and steam for 20 minutes at Varoma Temperature on Speed 3
- Put chicken, potatoes and all the vegetables in a bowl, close the lid and keep warm aside
- Add cream cheese and starch into vegetable broth that is left in TM Bowl. Cook for 2 minutes at 100°C on Speed 4.
- Pour cheese sauce onto chicken and vegetables, mix and then serve into plates

Besides potatoes, the vegetables I used in this one were: mushrooms, zucchini, carrot, pepper, black carrot.
