Citronette, which is often used with salads and steamed/grilled vegetables, is a lemon based salad dressing.
100g fresh lemon juice (filtered)
150g extra virgin olive oil
10g Dijon Mustard
A pinch of salt
Cayenne pepper (optional)
- Blend all for 15 seconds on Speed 3-4
Store the remaining citronette dressing in a glass bottle in the fridge. Shake it before you use it next time
You may halve the amount of the ingredients
