Some time back I published Citronette recipe which is made with lemon.
Today it is time for Vinaigrette.
150g extra virgin olive oil
50g white wine vinegar
10g Dijon mustard
Salt
Pepper
- Mix all ingredients together for 15 seconds on Speed 3-4
- Store the remaining vinaigrette dressing in a glass bottle in the fridge. Shake it before you use it next time
You can try also different variations using any desired salad oil instead of extra virgin olive oil, and any desired vinegar such as cider, balsamic, red wine vinegar etc
