250g zucchini
250g red pepper
130g yellow pepper
200g mozzarella
A pinch of salt
A pinch of black pepper
A pinch of dried basil (i used finely chopped fresh basil)
800g chicken breast (as slices)
1 tsp vegetable salt (I didn't use)
600g water
400g potatoes
Sauce
20gr Thermomix vegetable or chicken stock
40g flour
40g cream
- Put 100g roughly chopped zucchini and 100g roughly chopped red pepper into TM Bowl. Chop for 6 seconds on Speed 4
- Add roughly chopped mozzarella, salt, pepper and basil. Mix for 5 seconds on Speed 3
- Tenderize chicken slices with a meat pounder and make them thinner.
- Place mozzarella mixture in the center of the slices. Pack them with help of a toothpick
- Place them in Varoma Bowl. Season with vegetable salt, salt and pepper
- Place sliced zucchini and chopped red and yellow peppers into Varoma Tray
- Put water in TM Bowl. Insert steaming basket. Put sliced potatoes into the basket.
- Place Varoma Bowl and Tray. Cook for 30-35 minutes at Varoma Temperature on Speed 1
- Set cooked chicken and vegetables aside.
- Add Thermomix stock, flour and cream into the remaining water in TM Bowl. Cook for 3 minutes at 100°C on Speed 3.
- Blend for 10 seconds on Speed 10
- Serve chicken packs together with vegetables and sauce

Alternative cold tomato sauce from the book
- Empty the boiling water in TM Bowl.
- Chop 100g quartered onion and 1 clove of garlic for 5 seconds on Speed 5
- Add 400g quartered tomatoes, 1 tbsp olive oil, 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper, 1/2 tsp vegetable salt, 1/2 tsp dried basil, 1/2 tsp black pepper and a pinch of sugar. Mix all for 12 seconds on Speed 5
