Yes, I know, I published too many fig recipes in a row! I end the fig season of this year with this easy and delicious ice-cream cake recipe :)
200g milk cream
200g white chocolate (room temperature)
350g fresh figs
75g roughly chopped walnuts
- Warm cream for 5 minutes at 80°C on Speed 2
- Break chocolate into pieces and add into TM Bowl. Mix for 2-3 minutes until melted
- Let it rest in the fridge for half an hour
- In the meantime wash, peel and halve the figs
- Insert Butterfly, whip for 3 minutes on Speed 4-5
- Add figs and walnuts, mix for 10 seconds on Speed 3
- Cover a cake tin with plastic film. Pour down the mixture. Cover with plastic film also on the top. Put it in the freezer until frozen
- Cut into slices and serve
Enjoy!
