100g onion
20g olive oil
40g tomato paste
1000g water
35g Thermomix vegetable concentrate
60g finely ground bulgur
Salt (I didn't use)
250g boiled chickpeas
Dried mint, red pepper flakes
- Chop onion for 2 seconds on Speed 6. Clean down the sides of TM Bowl with spatula and repeat it. Clean down the sides again
- Add oil and saute for 4 minutes at 90ºC on Speed 1
- Add tomato paste and saute for 2 minutes at 90ºC on Speed 2
- Add water and vegetable concentrate. Bring to boil for 9 minutes at 100ºC on Speed 1
- Add bulgur (and salt if needed). Cook for 7 minutes at 100ºC on Speed 1
- Add chickpeas. Cook for 3 minutes at 100ºC on Reverse / Soft Speed
- Serve into the bowls. Sprinkle with mint and pepper flakes
