Turkey Roll Ingredients
450-500g turkey breast fillets
10g parsley leaves
100g pancetta or bacon (I used bresaola)
100g thin sliced mushrooms
100g cheese, roughly chopped (kasseri, edam, emmenthal, gouda, swiss..etc)
Sauce Ingredients
200g onions, quartered
150g carrots, roughly chopped
1 clove of garlic
150g mushrooms
250g red wine
200g water
2 dried cloves
Salt, black pepper
30g flour
Vegetables
400g fennel
200g carrots
400g zucchini
- Place pancetta slices onto a baking paper
- Pound turkey fillets using a meat pounder. Place them over pancetta slices.
- Chop parsley leaves for 5 seconds on Speed 7. Sprinkle over turkey
- Spread the remaining pancetta slices on the turkey
- Spread mushroom slices
- Grate cheese for 5 seconds on Speed 6 and spread on the top
- Roll the turkey
- Chop onion, carrot, garlic and mushroom for 5 seconds on Speed 4
- Saute for 3 minutes at 100ºC on Speed 2
- Add wine, water, salt, cloves, salt and pepper
- Cut fennels and put in steaming basket
- Cut zucchini into batons and place in Varoma Bowl
- Cut carrots into batons and put them in Varoma Tray. Place turkey roll on the carrots
- Steam all for 35 minutes at Varoma Temperature on Speed 2
- Set turkey and vegetables aside.
- Add flour to the sauce and cook for 3 minutes at 100ºC on Speed 3-4
- Cut turkey roll into slices. Serve together with vegetables. Dress with vegetable sauce

As an alternative way, if you'd like to prepare in advance, put all of them in a casserole. Pour the vegetable sauce over. Warm in the oven before you serve
