Tomato and Pepper Salad


Salad ingredients
500g red, yellow, green pepper
500g tomatoes
10 sun-dried tomatoes, drained of oil
2 tbsps capers
1 tbsp pine seeds
10-15 basil leaves

500g water (to steam)

40g olive oil
15g balsamic vinegar
3 anchovies
1 tbsp lemon juice
Black pepper

  • Put water in TM Bowl
  • Chop peppers, put them in Varoma Tray, steam for 20 minutes at Varoma Temperature
  • Chop fresh and sun-dried tomatoes.
  • Set cooked peppers aside and let them cool down
  • Wash and rinse TM Bowl to cool down. Put all the dressing ingredients and mix for 10 seconds on Speed 3
  • Put all salad ingredients in a salad bowl. Dress with sauce and mix
