280g water
15g honey
20g fresh yeast
250g white flour
150g wholewheat flour
110g rolled oats/oat flakes
20g olive oil
10g salt
Rolled oats/oat flakes (to coat with)
- Warm water for 1 minute at 37ºC on Speed 1
- Add honey and yeast. Mix for 4 seconds on Speed 4
- Add white flour, wholewheat flour, rolled oats, olive oil and salt. Knead for 5 minutes
- Put it in a deep bowl. Cover with plastic film. let it rise for 1 hour
- Cover oven tray with baking paper. Sprinkle with a little flour
- Give the dough desired shape. (I divided it into two pieces. I made 1 bigger bread roll. I divided the other half into 4 pieces and made 4 smaller rolls)
- Brush on the top with a little water. Coat with oats. Let them rise for 1 hour
- Bake in preheated oven at 200ºC for 30 minutes
