Fennel and Cucumber Salad

It is a very delicious option for those who like salads...

10g parsley leaves
1 rougly chopped fennel (350g)
1 quartered golden apple, with skin on, seeds removed (180g)
1 roughly chopped cucumber, with skin on (150g)
10g cider vinegar
15 extra virgin olive oil 
Sea salt

  • Chop parsley for 7 seconds on Speed 7
  • Add all the ingredients and chop for 4 seconds on Speed 4
  • If needed to chop a bit more, clean down the sides of TM Bowl and chop 2 more seconds on Speed 4
