  • Place Varoma Bowl. Place carrots inside. Cover with Varoma Lid
  • Cook for 10 minutes at 100ºC on Soft Speed
  • Add zucchini over the carrots and cook for 10 more minutes at 100ºC on Soft Speed
  • Empty TM Bowl (if you will make soup you can keep water aside to use later in your soup)
  • Rinse TM Bowl with cold water to cool it down
  • Put all the veggies in TM Bowl. Mix for 40 seconds on Speed 4. At the same time mix also with TM Spatula through the hole of TM Lid
  • Add bread crumbs, parmesan, EVO, flour, egg, salt and spices. Mix for 40 seconds on Speed 4. At the same time mix also with TM Spatula through the hole of TM Lid.
  • Cover oven tray with baking paper. Brush a little oil
  • Get pieces with the help of 2 tablespoons, coat them with bread crumbs and place in the tray
  • Drizzle with a little oil on the top and bake in preheated oven at 220ºC for 15-20 minutes. ( After 10 minutes passed turned them upside down and then continue to cook)
  • You can serve them with ketchup, mayonnaise or cream cheese if you like

Buon appetito...

Note 1: The texture of the mixture will be very soft. If you like you can add some more bread crumbs, cheese or ham. (I didn't add anything)
Note 2: If you have time you can let the mixture cool down in the fridge a little. It will be easier to work with (I did so)
Note 3: I had frozen some of them. I've cooked them recently and they tasted great and so crispy. I'd recommend you to try
